The range of marine pipeline engineering services, which GeoLine offers, cover assistance in initial feasibility studies to advanced pipeline engineering services at later project phases.
State-of-the-art in-house developed finite element pipeline software GeoLine3D, SAGE Profile and ABAQUS is used to analyse the behaviour of pipeline systems.
Combining the use of advanced finite element analysis and the as-measured survey data GeoLine is capable of modeling the interaction of flowlines with the seabed soils and view the affect this have on the pipe stresses and spans.
On the basis of the analysis results seabed intervention may be carried out to correct spans, prevent upheaval
buckling and ensure pipeline stability.
