Out-of-Straightness Analysis - December 2001
GeoLine has been awarded a contract by Mærsk Oil and Gas AS to provide online out-of-straightness (OOS) analysis during trenching and survey operations.
The work covers OOS-analysis for 7 pipelines from 6" to 16" as follows:
- 16" Tyra SE - Tyra EB gas pipeline (10.3km)
- 8"/3.5" Tyra SE - Tyra EB piggyback pipeline (10.3km)
- 10" Kraka - Dan DA multiphase pipeline (8.9km)
- 16" Dan FF - Halfdan FA water injection pipeline (9.1km)
- 14" Halfdan BA - Halfdan A multiphase pipeline (1.7km)
- 12" Halfdan A - Halfdan BA water injection pipeline (1.7km)
- 6" Halfdan A - Halfdan BA gas lift pipeline (1.7km)

Upheaval Buckling Calculations and Offshore Verification of Online Survey Results - June 2001
GeoLine has been awarded a contract by Mærsk Oil and Gas AS to carry out preparatory upheaval buckling calaculations for Halfdan Phase 3 Development, Tyra SE Development and Kraka Replacement Pipelines.
Furthermore GeoLine is to provide a company representative during pipeline trenching operations. Seven pipelines ranging from 6" to 16" are to be installed by DSND Norway.
GeoLine and CRISP Consortium sign co-operation agreement - January 2002
GeoLine and CRISP Consortium (CRISP Consortium) have recently signed a co-operation agreement covering pipeline and geotechnical services. CRISP Consortium is the developer of SAGE CRISP, a geotechnical finite element modeling software with 2D and 3D capabilities.
SAGE Profile Software Support and Development - Januar 2001
GeoLine has been awarded a contract by Thales GeoSolutions (formerly know as SAGE Engineering) SA/NV to provideSAGE Profile technical support and software planning, design and development.
Pile Driveability Assessment of Large Monopiles for Rødsand and Samsø Offshore Windfarm - January 2002
GeoLine has been awarded a contract by Hydro Soil Services SA/NV to carry out pile driveability assessment for the Rødsand and Samsø windfarm located offshore Denmark.
The work included further review of geotechnical data (boreholes, CPT profiles and laboratory soil tests) for the design driveability soil profile, soil resistance during driving (SRD) analysis and wave equation analysis.
SAGE Profile software planning, design, development and client support - January 2002
GeoLine has been awarded a one year extension contract by Thales GeoSolutions SA/NV to provide software planning, design, development and client support for the SAGE Profile software program.
SAGE Profile is a state-of-the-art finite element program specially developed for the aid in the design and installation of subsea pipelines.
SAGE Profile Advanced Viewer - November 2001
GeoLine has been awarded a contract by Thales GeoSolutions (formerly know as SAGE Engineering) SA/NV to plan, design and develop an advanced viewer for the SAGE Profile software using PE4 controls.
The work furthermore includes the implementation of the new Rainbow SuperProNet dongle security both in VB and FORTRAN.
Pipeline Crossing Analysis - 22 January 2002
As part of the work awarded by Mærsk Oil and Gas AS, GeoLine has carried pipeline crossing analysis for the Halfdan 16" pipeline.
Advanced Pipeline Training Course - May 2001
GeoLine has been awarded a contract by Thales GeoSolutions (formerly know as SAGE Engineering) SA/NV to carry out a 3 week SAGE Profile training and advanced pipeline engineering course together with KW Ltd for Vietsovpetro (VSP), a joint Vietnamese and Russian oil and gas company in Vietnam.
Client Representative During Trenching and Survey Operations - December 2001
GeoLine has been awarded a contract by Mærsk Oil and Gas AS to provide a client representative during trenching and survey operations carried out by DSND Norway.
In total 7 pipelines were trenched and buried successfully using the Capjet 650. The pipelines were surveyed using the TSS-340 pipe tracker.
SAGE Profile training for John Brown Hydrocarbons Ltd - February 2002
GeoLine has been awarded a contract by Thales GeoSolutions SA/NV to carry out a joint SAGE Profile training program for John Brown Hydrocarbons Ltd (formerly Kvaerner) in London.
